Wow!  Time traveling in the “Missing Links to the Culper Spy Ring?”  into Revolutionary War realism of  British intimidation through constant cannonading and causing whole town infernos.

The reader’s emotions will range from fear, amazement,  astonishment, anger, exasperation and pride as the correspondence unfolds between the Fairfield Connecticut son and a Boston Massachusetts father, both named Reverend Andrew Eliot (who were related to the future V. P. Aaron Burr).   The letters gives us weekly updates about: Gen. Geo. Washington’s war and troop activities, cabals, political polarities, everyday customs and attitudes in the 1700’s pertaining to equality, religion, men, women, children, and slaves.

The Burr family genealogy connection is revealed  as Thaddeus Burr (counterspy and sheriff whose document shows payment for supporting the patriot General Assembly) passes on sensitive secret reports to Rev. A. Eliot.

Detailed research is disclosed in this book “Missing Links To The Culper Spy Ring?” which advanced the secret connection of the  Fairfield Connecticut’s spy ring to the Culper Spy Ring including how and why this information is offered for public consumption.

Author Interview:

Who or what inspired you to become a writer?

I feel compelled to help others by sharing what I learn from my research and living experiences.

While writing how many times do you go back and rewrite a plot?

I edit, but what I have to say as an idea does not change with writing.  However, it often expands so that I must write more articles to elaborate.

Do you have a specific writing style?

Documentary. I try to keep it interesting using examples and other research to verify my conclusions.

What are your thoughts on self-publishing verses traditional publishing?

Traditional publishing requires first convincing an agent that your work is financially marketable. If the agent does not agree that the work is marketable they will not send it on to a publishing company.

Self-publishing eliminates the middleman  and allows the public to decide its true value, on the basis of the work alone.

Where did you grow up? How did your hometown (or other places you have lived) inspire your writing?

New York City and upstate New York. Playmates were scarce so I had to entertain myself with reading, and writing.

Do you like to travel? If so where is your favorite city?

Yes. My favourite place is cruising the Yangtze River which I visited as they were building the dam to create electricity for China. It saddened me that many archaeological sites were being permanently flooded.

How many books in a month do you read?

I used to read 30 or more.  Now I mostly read magazines cover to cover such as National Geographic, Wildlife, and Smithsonian.

In all the books you've read. Who is your most favorite character and why?

David Copperfield finds a life against many odds. It is quite realistic as it is almost an  autobiography of Charles Dicken’s own life.

State 5 random facts about yourself.

I like to challenge myself.

I like to discover something that I never knew before.

I love to learn new dances and enjoy the social scene.

I love humankind, the animal kingdom and nature.

I require harmony in my life.
